Tell us something about you:

My first career was in a family HVAC business where I did sales, installation and service. We did both commercial and residential , for everything from boilers, Air conditioning, furnaces and infloor radiant heat to sheet metal work. That business perfectly prepared me to move over into my new passion, the espresso machine and coffee business. For an example an espresso machine has the same types of parts and controls as a boiler, so jumping into this business was pretty easy. I work with many amazing manufacturers where we meet, discuss and then upgrade their equipment to fit our needs. You may see me in many of our technical videos, where I love to help out customers in any way that I can. And now my newest and most exciting passion is for Dalla Corte, as this is an incredible opportunity to work with another set of amazing people and the best thought out equipment on the planet. I look forward to sharing all of this with you. Outside of business I love camping with my son and do as much sailboat racing as I can.

What excites you most about coffee?

There is so much to love about what coffee does for me. It’s as simple as that I get to have my espresso every morning in my favorite cup from Amalphi coast. To the opportunity to work with passionate manufactures, roasters and customers. It doesn't get any better than that.

What does Dalla Corte do differently from other espresso machine companies?

Paolo Dalla Corte has never built a Dalla Corte heat exchanger machine and he never would…why would he?…It’s that simple. He built the first Multi Boiler machine and that's all he builds now. He is an amazing man and I wish you all could meet Paolo Dalla Corte and feel his passion. And then you should meet his team of passionate individuals that he has surrounded himself with. I have always loved great machines that were designed to work seamlessly and at a very high end without making them overly complex.

What are you good at?

My speciality is getting to know equipment, and then sharing that information with others in such a way as they can learn to love it as much as I do. Servicing equipment and helping diagnose issues is also something that comes naturally to me.

What is your go-to coffee drink in the morning?

Start off with a couple espressos at home and then a nice cappuccino with creamy foam.
