He was particularly starstruck to be working with Fabrizio whom he had looked up to for several years. Outside of coffee, Cole is an cyclist, “riding his bike everywhere” and a wine enthusiast.
I'm the co-owner of Rosso Coffee Roasters and Forward Specialty Green Coffee Importers. Two-time National Barista Champion, twice-Finalist at the World Barista Championships (2018, 2019).
I graduated high school in 2009 and my post-graduate plans didn't pan out. I started working a hospitality job, shortly after joined my brother at Rosso. My interest in specialty began after Rosso switched from Illy Coffee to George Howell Coffee. In the spirit of learning and improving my skill, I began competing in barista competitions and that's led to the development of a roasting and sourcing program.
Being a Dalla Corte Pro is really special. To know I'm supported in my craft and my opinion is valued and respected is beyond words.
