As a Coffee Pro, Danilo has worked with Dalla Corte to represent their products and their brand worldwide. Referred to by Dalla Corte as “the team player” Danilo frequently collaborates with the other pros and he works with accounts in Brazil to set them up with machines and equipment. Having trained baristas for many years, Danilo is careful with his endorsements of equipment, acknowledging that since his exposure to Dalla Corte machines and Mina in particular, that nothing else shines quite as bright.

What are your credentials and accomplishments?

I'm a barista, roaster, consultant and instructor since 2004. WBC certified judge since 2010 and WCE Representative since 2013.

How did you get started in coffee?

As a catering barista in 2004 doing events for the first brazilian barista champion.

What does being a coffee pro mean to you?

The possibility to work with the most advanced equipment in the world, work together with one of the smartest coffee machine engineer in history and be part of a great family of awesome and competent people.

What is your favorite Dalla Corte innovation?

The Flow regulator

Who are you outside of coffee?

Outside coffee I am the friend who put all the different group of friends together. I enjoy craft beers, watch UFC fights and train boxing.
