What are your credentials and accomplishments?

I'm a barista, roaster, consultant and instructor since 2004. WBC certified judge since 2010 and WCE Representative since 2013.

How did you get started in coffee?

As a catering barista in 2004 doing events for the first brazilian barista champion.

What does being a coffee pro mean to you?

The possibility to work with the most advanced equipment in the world, work together with one of the smartest coffee machine engineer in history and be part of a great family of awesome and competent people.

What is your favorite Dalla Corte innovation?

The Flow regulator

Having George Howell complimenting my espresso extraction as one of the best he's ever tasted.

Who are you outside of coffee?

Outside coffee I am the friend who put all the different group of friends together. I enjoy craft beers, watch UFC fights and train boxing.
